When should I expect my order?
Our turnaround time is currently 5-7 business days from the order date. Custom turnaround times are a bit longer at 10-15 business days. Please note this does not include shipping time. Between September- December, please note that the turnaround time can be longer due to Holiday volume of orders. What kind of wood/ acrylic is used?
It varies by sign- Please see the individual listings.
How do I hang my sign?
A sawtooth hanger will ship with your order when applicable. For the large signs, we recommend getting some screws if you live in an area where you get earthquakes.
If you purchase a cutout with no backer, I recommend velcro dots, command strips or small nails to hang.
Can they be hung outside?
No, all signs are only safe for indoor use unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.
Do you offer pick-up?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Taft. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5-7 business days. We will contact you at the email or phone number provided at checkout once your order is ready and schedule a day and time range for pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
We do not currently offer local delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally. Please note because of the size of our items, it costs a lot to ship and we have no control over the package. If you are still interested, please shoot us an email at hello@lumbertechllc.com for a shipping quote. Do note that we will not be responsible for any customs fees upon delivery of your item.
Can I ship to my PO Box?
Please note that due to the nature and size of our products, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is on it's way. If you are picking up your order, or having it delivered, we will contact you via phone. If you do not leave a phone number, we will send you an email.
Can I change my order before it ships?
At this time, no changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.
What is the return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please contact us at hello@lumbertechllc.com if you have any questions or issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted via major credit cards, Venmo, Elo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, JCB, Shop Pay, or Paypal.
My order arrived and is not correct or is damaged, what do I do?
Each return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is damage to a sign during shipping, we will replace the part that is damaged, or replace the whole sign if there is significant damage. If letters fall off during shipping, we will send you wood glue to reattach them if needed. Any damaged products or item shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
